Why take so long to fix bugs, why is DICE acting like a small indie studio?

The game wasn't as buggy at launch as it became with this new 1.4 update. There are tons of annoying bugs that have been around for long months, yet DICE does nothing to fix them as soon as possible, just a few examples:

• FSR/Frame Gen is bugged for AMD users
• Boat camera keeps jittering constantly
• Boat mortar camera is unusable
• Lighting has been horribly blown out for months
• Matchmaking is a disaster, every match is filled with high-ping Chinese and Russian players
• Flares still don't work properly
• The vehicle resupply point at the base is missing on the new map
• Hitreg is a total scandal

I'd really appreciate it if a developer would explain what this looks like from their end, because from a player's perspective, it feels like the game has been abandoned and there are probably just a few dozen remaining devs sweating away trying to cover and fix all this
