Goodbye Batttlefield.

Good Day everyone to the dev team for BF6.

I felt the need to post this. As this is my first post since the beginning of time, and I have enjoyed battlefield since the start of battlefield 1942.

There were some bad releases, and BF6 was not bad in comparison. The reason I am saying goodbye though, is simply because I got tired of Windows and I have confirmed that moving over onto SteamOS, all my games perform the way that they should with my system specs in mind. Maximum power. No Lag. No Stutters.

The nature of windows has become so bad, that every month with new updates, I notice more and more resources being dedicated to windows and not to my games. The most recent, 9 GB ram use on IDLE, me doing nothing but looking at task manager and all my applications and start up apps closed. This was my final straw.

My transition to SteamOS was seamless. My specs are the 9800 X3D, 32 GB Ram and a RX 9070 XT.

It has been a very long time since I have played a game on my pc and smiled all the way through my gameplay without being distracted by lag or stutters because of windows and its background slop.

It is unfortunate, that EA Cannot accommodate linux or SteamOS for that matter. Understandably so because you chose to use secure boot as your anti cheat method. 

With that being said, I find closure in saying, thank you for all the good battlefields and farewell Battlefield. You will always be in my heart and in my memories.
