Help! Wrongful ban on gxytk369, no explanation from EA

My EA account gxytk369 was mistakenly banned with no penalty record

 Hi everyone and EA Support,

 I’m writing to seek help for my account ban issue.

 My EA ID is gxytk369, registered email is [edit: email address removed]. My account was banned in March 2026, and I still cannot get it unbanned.

 I want to make it clear that I have never cheated in any EA game, including Battlefield 6. My KD ratio is less than 1, so there is no reason for me to use cheats. I have always been a loyal player who strictly follows the game rules.

 The confusing part is that I haven’t played Battlefield 6 for a long time before the ban, and there is no historical penalty record for my account on EA Help at all. I have no idea why this ban happened.

 I’ve tried to contact support but haven’t got a clear reply yet. I really hope the EA team can look into my case, re-review my account activity, and lift this wrongful ban. I’m happy to provide any information needed to prove my innocence.

    Hi EA_QueenBee,

     

    The problem is not that I haven’t reached out to the Terms of Service team — the official appeal system is broken for my account. I keep getting errors when trying to submit an appeal, so I can’t even open a case number to get a review.

     

    My account gxytk369 was wrongfully banned in March, no penalty record exists, and I can’t use the standard appeal process. I have followed all instructions, but EA’s own tools won’t let me submit my case.

     

    This is not a user error — this is a system issue preventing me from exercising my right to appeal. I need you to escalate this immediately, create my appeal manually, and get the Terms of Service team to review my account. Waiting is not an option when the system itself is blocking me from appealing.

    We can't raise appeals on your behalf here. What error are you getting when you try to raise a dispute? You should be able to raise a dispute via the steps in the article; it has a section on what to do if your penalty history is empty.

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    When I try to submit an appeal via the Penalty History page, I keep getting the error: "Appeal not submitted / Case not created". The system says there was an issue creating my case and asks me to wait a few hours and try again. I have tried multiple times over several days, but the error still appears, and I cannot create any appeal case.

     

    Also, my Penalty History page is completely empty, with no record of the ban at all. I have followed every step in the article, but there is no way for me to proceed with the appeal.

     

    I have never cheated in any EA game, and this wrongful ban has locked me out of my account with no way to appeal through official channels. Could you please help me escalate this to the Terms of Service team so my case can be reviewed manually?

    Could you try making a case through either an incognito window, or via another browser in case that's what's causing you issues?

    Thank you for the suggestion. I have already tried using incognito mode, different browsers, and even different devices to submit the appeal, but the error still appears every time: "Appeal not submitted / Case not created".

     

    This is not a browser or device issue. The system itself is failing to create an appeal case for my account, even though my Penalty History is empty and I have no way to proceed with the standard appeal process.

     

    I understand you cannot submit the appeal for me directly, but could you please escalate this issue to the Terms of Service team so they can review my account and manually create an appeal case? This is the only way I can resolve this wrongful ban.

    I can't forward your case to terms of service, it'll need to go through our system. What happens if you try via an incognito window but don't log in? Will that let you raise a case?

    Thank you for the suggestion, but even trying to raise a case without logging in doesn’t work. The system requires me to log in to my EA account gxytk369 to submit an appeal, and as soon as I log in, I get the same error: "Appeal not submitted / Case not created".

     

    This is not a browser or login issue — the system is completely unable to create an appeal for my account. I have no penalty record, no way to go through the standard process, and no way to reach the Terms of Service team on my own.

     

    Since the system itself is preventing me from appealing a wrongful ban, is there any other way to get my case reviewed? I just need someone from the team to manually review my account activity and lift this ban.
