Hey EA/Dice When are you adding emulation software to anti cheat??

Totally agree Ty_Ger07​.  Players using a controller (regardless of platform) are exploiting the benefit(s) they receive and should be treated as cheaters. Recoil, aim assist, and bloom all need to be turned down a little for controller players (imo).  I'm not asking it to be completely removed...I'm just asking for it to be nerfed so it's not so OP.

I particularly like your comment about "good controller players beat good mouse and keyboard users every time"...this is so true and makes it so the game is NOT fun.  Especially frustrating is when a MNK player has the drop on a controller player only to get killed because of one of the 3 issues I mentioned.

I had really hoped this game would have been a resurgence for EA/Dice...unfortunately, they're trying to copy Activision and are failing miserably.  Sadly, those in charge clearly have no clue about what the Battlefield series once was.  I would postulate that 6 is just a step above 5 but way (no...WAY) lower than 3 or 1.

Whoever is talking the loudest at EA/Dice needs to probably shut up and listen to the quieter staff members.....who I suspect have a better understanding of which direction the series needs to go.

I had this discussion months ago. If the game uses aim assist, all the same problems COD has had, we'll have. And here we are. Controller users exploiting devices to make aim stickier. Mouse and keyboard players exploiting devices or software to make them act like controllers. It's all the same crap. And since everyone thinks someone else has an unfair advantage, whatever advantage they take, they'll not see it as cheating.

The software and devices have never been successfully mitigated before. What's the odds we will win the battle this time? I think the implementation in the game is the key to whether or not this problem will continue.

I think it is well established that good controller players beat good mouse and keyboard users every time, due to the advantage given to them by the game. Competitive players who switched from KB&M to controller would agree. In this age where anyone can choose whatever input device they prefer, regardless of the platform they play, and can gain skill over time, I think it is time to do away with assists that modify recoil or aim in the game, so it cannot be exploited the same.

Biggest problem I have with this loophole closing is that I can no longer use my hotas. They need to adds full Hotas support with pedals to the game. Then close this loophole
