Hitreg and Desync issues?
Was just thinking about this. Biggest issues are the hitreg and desync issues with PC vs Console. 4 studio's and how is this not the #1 issue at the moment>?

It's really hard to say how seriously they are taking it because the issue isn't something you can just throw more coders on and make it get solved faster. Netcode programming is probably handled by a surprisingly small group.
What would be a good step to take is to just have them at least do reports on how they're actually trying to make changes and what they think is going wrong. Currently all we get it "Yea, uh huh, hitreg bad, we work on it, we promise."
