I’m on PC and can play with one brother on Xbox but not the other?

I can play with one of my brothers but the other one when we try to join a match my game crashes completely and I have to launch it again. 

or I’ll get stuck in a queue and can’t join his matches. doesn’t matter who is the host. 

my other brother I can play fine with, it’s weird!

does he need to enable upnp or check mat settings on his router? 

im launching the game through the ea app btw.

im on 1GB fiber and i believe he’s on Mediacom cable.
