I didn't receive a reward from during the Road to Battlefield 6 event

Hello! I played Battlefield 2042 during the Road to Battlefield 6 event and completed all the stages of the event for which cosmetic items should be given in Battlefield 6. Recently, in mid-January, I purchased Battlefield 6 on steam (this account is linked to the EA on which I played Battlefield 2042) and did not find these cosmetic items, about two weeks have passed, but they are still missing, and there are no in-game emails either.
