I only get bot lobbies, can i disable that?

Ive played every day since release. When i turn the game on im in a que of thousands sometiems over 10,000. But every game i play has a maximum of maybe 10 real players in it... usually around 5. ...

literally only get bot lobbies every game, and you dont get full xp for killing bots so im just wasting my time
