Same thing happened to me already contacted my states consumer affairs/ consumer protection office citing the states consumer fraud act and gave them all the documentation about the price I paid (over $USD 95) as well as the duration of access to Battlefield 6 and how unjust/little transparency there is in their in house review of your account. I should be given the opportunity to comply but I don't even know what I did wrong. Either that or a full refund for the game and the phantom edition.
I suggest you file with your states consumer affairs office so they can investigate as well

thx for the reply, sadly though my country does not have EA office so I don't really knows if that works but thx for your advice
