I received a ban because of Gameplay enhancement

Question

So are they telling me I am cheating e.g. aimbot or wallhax?

I didn't use reWASD or other cheats like wall hax that bring me advantage, what they are telling me is unauthorized methods which i think is broad and I don't know what is that actually means. Either Abusing, or 3rd parties software. This is my only steam account, of cuz i wont stupid in my only account.

What i scroll up the forum including reddit and steam and found out many people suffering the same issues with exact same reasons. They wait ranging from days to months until they got reversed the sanction.

I hope this can gather those people who are facing the same issues.

Same thing happened to me already contacted my states consumer affairs/ consumer protection office citing the states consumer fraud act and gave them all the documentation about the price I paid (over $USD 95) as well as the duration of access to Battlefield 6 and how unjust/little transparency there is in their in house review of your account. I should be given the opportunity to comply but I don't even know what I did wrong. Either that or a full refund for the game and the phantom edition.

I suggest you file with your states consumer affairs office so they can investigate as well
