I was just banned in bf6 for no reason

I get ban to same and my family to, we switch from ea to steam

says banned because of competitive advantage i was using a controller dual sense x app with my ps5 controller. but i was only playing story mode i even used this controller during the pre alpha and beta so i don't understand.  i havent played multiplayer at all i only care about story mode

Why would you need an app? As far as I know the PS5 controller is plug and play on PC and does not require any additional software/apps. 
Chances are high that this is the reason for your ban. Whether you play SP or MP makes no difference. The game detects the presence of the app and issues a ban.

TheMandalorKingT​ I just got a permanent ban for only god knows reasons. I was able to play for about 2 hours on PS5. I bought the Phantom Edition, can't unlink the PS5 account. So 110€ are out of the window.

 dualsense x app triggered a false ban on my account it isnt classified by ea that it is a cheat software. now ds4 windows is a cheat software and i dont use ds4 at all i only use dualsense to play. and at the bottom on my screen shot you can see dualsense x app. i dont cheat ive been using dual sence x to play all my games and non has ever banned me but bf6

. my stuff will be unbanned so you looking real stupid. go waste your time finding a real cheater cause you don't got one. if i was really banned for hacking it would say unfair advantage/ use of cheat software. it don't say anything about cheating or hacking. on the discord these type of bans can be overturned because its a faulty issue thats in the anticheat.
