Intentional Customer Avoidance

EA is intentionally avoiding it's player base and I'm tired of giving them grace.

My rank did not reset with Season 5 Redsec. There have been a plethora of forum/reddit posts discussing this issue, specifically with those who were Diamond 1 at the end of Season 4. There hasn't even been an acknowledgment from EA on this issue since the start of the season. I reached out to EA customer support, and was told there is nothing they can do / offer for me at this time. WHAT?! To make matters worse, they had a similar issue in Season 4! I haven't been able to play with my full squad of friends because they are too low of rank. and then I turn around and get paired with bronze/unranked players in matchmaking. But I can't queue with Silver friends. Absurd. So I cannot play ranked with friends. 

Maybe I'll play multiplayer? Oh, I can't! Because my other friend, who paid for the full game, hasn't been allowed to play multiplayer since the beginning of Season 4! He reached out to customer support and they told him it's an issue with Playstation. He reaches out to Playstation, and they say it's obviously an issue with EA / BF6. No acknowledgment from EA since.

What about the netcode issues that have been plaguing every player since the launch of the game a year ago?

Or the light streaking across monitors while playing ranked that has also been reported since season 3? 

But yes, we are so glad you are introducing a multiplayer leaderboard and buffing unused attachments for guns. That is definitely at the top of the community's priority list for the game we paid for.
