Same issue here, same lack of any human response. I also have a razer mouse and use the razer synapse software but hadn't used any macros in game (nor even had any bound). Seen other banned people say they were using logitech g hub so it seems like these mouse softwares are getting picked up and getting people banned, just so frustrating that we can't even talk to a person about it to get the bans reviewed and EA hasn't acknowledged the issue at all EA_DanaB EA_Dennis EA_Habutai
Update: unbanned after 3 days
My ban's been reversed after 3 days from my initial appeal, either i just got luckier than the people who've been waiting 2+ weeks or they’ve caught on to the false ban issue.
Either way, still no official response from EA, and no reason for the ban was provided. I’m guessing it was due to my mouse software razer synapse (that and logitech ghub are things a lot of people reporting false bans are using).
I’ve seen people saying they were rebanned immediately so I’ll bind my mouse side buttons in game rather than through synapse, and keep synapse closed as a precaution. Sucks that we have to play a guessing game with no statement from EA addressing what programs are falsely flagging the anticheat.
Also use Logitech Hub just to bind keys, no macros. But still don’t know if this has triggered the anti cheat system???? Use no cheats and been banned for 2 weeks now.
