Issue of Twitch account unlink not available and Battlefield 6 drops

I've tried many ways to unlink my Twitch account these days because I've lost my old one, but it never worked. However, I love Battlefield 6 so much that I don't want to miss out on potential Twitch event rewards in the future. So I'm requesting why the loot isn't just given out as keys instead of requiring it to be linked to an EA account when some of the website function is not working?
