Killed in cover and through walls

This is becoming a real pain, i expected after the disaster of 2042 this would be greatly improved but the situation is now worse given EA, Sirland etc knew about it but chose to do nothing about  it.

Its appalling because you don't whether here its a bug or just others cheating, either way its dreadful, could a mod escalate this please, if they are able to.

Its not this bad in any other shooter i have played. The attempt at a kill cam shows there is no line of sight in every instance of this, why is is it so poor?
