King of the Hill Missing

Why do we not have these new maps for KOTH? Golmund has a good spot at the top of the map in the town for it. Contaminated has a couple areas that can work as breakthrough uses a spawn point for the final point on that map. Hagental can work perfectly no matter the area seeing as either side of C point is symmetrical to the other. Heck even Mirak as a couple areas that could work, but they haven't added it.

If that isn't doable why isn't it included in the base modes for portal so we can get it on different maps? KOTH has not had a new map since season 1 with Blackwell and Eastwood. Why is it taking forever to get updates for one of the best modes for CQC?
