I find some maps I can just spawn camp the defenders easily. I also feel lack communication is a problem to, alot of new players don't know how to make text chat visible. I do wish we were able to talk to whole team so I can just yo let's flank or hey let's smoke.
So far from what ive seen its been catered towards a more chaotic gameplay and yes, spawning directely back in the action, and rushing between objectives back and forth to bang kills. No consequence for dying because you just spawn straight back into it..
Lack of communication is massive, the quick commands have little effect as no one seems to respond or even acknowledge it lol.
