The executives at Dice only care about European and American players. They simply don't care about regions with lower player bases like Asia, Oceania, and Africa, let alone the players on PS5. I have created numerous discussion posts and replied to others' posts about these issues, but Dice has never acknowledged them. I believe adding a server browser would solve the matchmaking problems, but they are unwilling to do so because the current matchmaking system is more cost-effective. Besides, players in Europe and America are not plagued by these issues.
