Minimum level required to enter Ranked

I suggest adding a minimum level requirement for redsec ranked , first of all less cheaters  after they get banned and second thing are rookies , u get party with a player in diamond lobby who does not have the necessary experience , most of them does not know the weapons.

They should play like 10-20 games of Redsec and then go ranked.

 match-making system also needs an update      .
