Missing Rewards & Steam/EA App Issues

Hi everyone. I've been playing since beta and since launch day. I really wanted to collect everything possible, but it seems like that will be impossible for multiple reasons. I'm just so annoyed by support not being able to help with these issues. I've gone back and forth in emails, where they've just stopped responding and live chat just ends with "Sorry we can't do that for you, it's out of our control". Both my husband and I are missing:

• Missing Daily Rewards - Still missing the Deerstalker skin. I did get the Dog Tag and the Player Card Background. 
• Missing Twitch Rewards - Just the Twitch rewards for watching a stream on launch day. I've received everything else.
• EA App not recognizing that I own the game on Steam - I have not received the Deployment Pack and Season 1 Pack that you get through EA Play for this reason. (Please someone enlighten me as to how to obtain these. Do I need EA Play Pro?? Or just standard Play?? Support told me I need to purchase BF6 on EA app as well as the Pro version of play in order to receive these rewards?? I'm not going to repurchase the game for this. Especially when previous EA titles I've bought on Steam showed up just fine. There's just so little info on it). I also tried buying BFC on EA app, and it was essentially just lost in the void. Support wouldn't even grant a refund on a purchase of more than 1100 BFC even though I literally cannot use it because it doesn't recognize I own the game??

I know there's a lot of other people having these issues as well. I really would just like an answer as to why the EA app doesn't recognize you own it on Steam anymore. Battlefield 2042 shows up just fine? It's just creating so many more issues for no reason.
And why is EA play on Steam different from being subscribed to EA play on EA app?

The community literally just want answers + our rewards :(
