I'm in the exact same boat as you, and I agree with everything you say. I've been in contact with EA support since October 12 (exactly one month ago). I've made about 4 support tickets, have emailed them back and forth like 12 times, have had numerous people look into the issue. At first they were just sending me AI generated responses, but eventually after a few weeks I was able to talk to a human. They have been super slow to respond, and after 25 days of going through support, I had enough. I eventually reached out to the better business bureau since I felt I got scammed. I paid $45 for the annual subscription the day before BF6 launch, under the impression I would get EA play rewards (which was the only reason why I bought EA play). I was out $45 with no rewards to show for it, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. After doing so, EA support finally got back to me and started responding more quickly.
This is what the support person had to say:
"I checked with my team and I will request you to wait as the option to validate or add EA play rewards in Battlefield 6 is not available in our tool. We will help you out once our tools are up and running. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process."
So basically the support people do not have the option on their end to grant users rewards in-game. This is absolutely absurd. I had a similar issue in BF2042 (of not receiving EA play rewards), and the support person was able to fix the issue instantly, within 3 minutes. With BF6 that isn't the case now? I have waited a month and the issue STILL hasn't been resolved. Also let's not talk about the daily login rewards, as I'm missing a few of those too (mostly the Deerstalker skin). This is crazy...
