It's not that they're not doing anything about it, it's more that the script/cheat creators have adapted and found ways around it. As a console player, turning crossplay off eliminates the majority of the headache. PC players requesting to have their own option to turn crossplay off, but I think they are simply running into other PC players running controller + hacks and assuming it's just AA.
Javelin needs to adapt now, and there needs to be stiffer penalties...IP bans on top of account bans (I genuinely don't know about about the construction of PC's to know if there's an easy way to hardware-ban)
