Most DMRs still feel really really bad, tune down bounce more?

They require 100% accuracy or you will lose every encounter, and the M39 still has a TON of bounce to it even after the reduction. Additionally, a headshot and bodyshot don't kill infantry beyond close quarters unless you have the special ammunition for it (mastery 40??????????????) so they have to give up a ton of extra points to get basic functionality they had in BF4 but with more recoil and in a game where tons of full-auto weapons are now laser beams at 80 meters after the changes (also an issue).

Why would I ever, ever use one over a bolt action? You didn't think through the open-weapons thing enough for DMRs to be like this. Especially when many PDWs, ARs, and some carbines are still extremely effective at 80+ meters because the spread reduction may have went too far.

DMRs simply offer nothing at all in this game. No reason to EVER use one when full-auto weapons are still effective at 80 meters, and DMRs still require near perfect accuracy, just like a bolt-action, which I can also use on any class.

I can and do perform decently with DMRs, but I am literally hindering myself at all times. Purposefully disadvantaging myself, and it feels really frustrating. Please tune the recoil down more, maybe tune more of the full autos down so they can't literally full-auto at 80 meters.

Side note, the design decision to have the mastery levels be suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper grindy and lock INTEGRAL attachments behind high levels (40) is awful. It feels legitimately terrible. I'm fine with long grinds for skins, long grinds for attachments needed to make a weapon decent is misery-inducing, and hurts newer players if they get into the game later on and have to unlock everything.

Upping fire rate and ensuring they remain accurate while spamming would also help to make them less punishing. Something to give them any utility over the bolt action or ARs I can run on every class.
