[Multiplayer Feature Request] Player gear upgrade like chestplates and holsters

I would like to see being able to upgrade player gear like chestplates and holsters for example, 

Chestplates upgrade  where one might hold more ammo another might allow more grenades 

Holsters for pistol that might allow for a slight faster transition to secondary from the primary 

This is a features and more like it you don't see in multiplayer shooters but would add to the realistic style battlefield is known for.
