Need skill based matchmaking

Am I the only one that thinks this? I just stopped playing right now because I just got three games in a row where our team was dominated on conquest. I have 300+ hours, level 203 and I’m on average on top of the leaderboards but team mates are awful or not plying objective. It makes it so unplayable I can’t even enjoy the game. And I freaking love it. But I think skill based could help solve this issue. I don’t think I’m the only one with this issue. It sucks cuz I want to play right now but it’ll just make me frustrated. I could count on one hand the amount of close games I’ve had.
