Nerf the engineer class as it is too Overpowered

If you are driving your tank all the way into a base that is full of engineers, then you are doing it wrong. If you are being attacked, at range, from a base that is full of engineers, then your team isn't being effective. This isn't a one player game. It is a team-based game. It's not the game's fault if players aren't playing together. I've seen teams tear the other team apart because they're filling all the roles that are needed.
