No veteran awards

I saw that Veteran free gifts were sent out today, but I didn’t receive mine. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve had my EA account since 2013 and played BF3, BF4, BF-Hardline, BF1, BF V, BF2042 and did the closed testing, closed beta, open beta and now own BF6. What do I need to do?
