I haven't seen a lot of what I could called 100% cheating but I was in a few games with snipers getting consistant insta-scope on the run head shots under BS conditions. I've been playing since BF2 and I know talent from hacks.
There's still a lot of server lag that sees you getting shot after you've taken cover and the hit reg lag is appaling in some servers - I can half empty a LMG mag into some players at point blank and they have time to turn around and and line up head shots while I'm doing it. I have fast internet but it doesn't seem to matter on some servers.
EA need to allow PC to turn off crossplay at least - seems like most cheating is coming from consol aim bots from what I can see.
