PC players, let's get serious...

For reasons unknown to me, it doesn't appear you should expect PC players to be able to turn off Crossplay any time soon.

I have a PC (doesn't everybody) but I prefer to play on my PlayStation 5. For the fiirst couple of weeks of Battlefield 6, I noticed an unbelievable amount of cheating and hacking with rampant use of Aimbox and Wallhack. I suspected this was due to corrupt PC players who, with ease, can find, download and use any hacks of their choice. YouTube videos showing PC players egregiously displaying their cheating verified my belief, and I made a decision to turn OFF Crossplay.

I now play exclusively with PlayStation players although I would enjoy also playing with Xbox players; however for reasons I don't understand, this is not allowed.

My point: if you have the money for a PC then I believe you also have money to purchase a PlayStation 5 (or an Xbox), and if you use a console, then you ARE ABLE to turn OFF Crossplay.

When I  did, I immediately noticed that cheating and hacking dropped to nearly zero, probably because the PlayStation and Xbox work so easily and so well for multiplayer first-person shooters that there is no reason to use the cheats and hacks (which could cause extremely serious equipment bans if you are caught using such things anyway).

So, you can continue to complain and rage-quit... OR you can buy for yourself the console of your choice and play the game in an enjoyable way.

It's up to you.
