snipers are fine, the only thing they need to do is remove the range finder entirely.
Once players become familiar with the weapon platform and the unique weapon, they drop the range finder for more useful attachments. Range finder only really works with stationary and long range engagements and those are far and few between because of the short sightlines and narrow kill lanes. Velocity with around 900m/s almost feels like hit scan unless the target is at a dead sprint perpendicular to you or in an open vehicle. If you're not in the active combat area, you're just getting assists if you can't hit the sweet spot or a headshot.
You can bind the range finder to your ADS button but unless you are spot on with your ADS, you'll have to re-set the range finder again. For most, that is a very problematic inconvenience.
