Permanent ban for alleged use of external programs - ID EA vladjee

My account was permanently banned for allegedly using third-party programs. I'm a CS2 player who frequently uses Faceit's anti-cheat. Therefore, it's certain that the anti-cheat automatically banned me because Faceit's anti-cheat was open. I hope you will review my case, as this is an unfair ban. I never use programs to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
