Persistent servers or stopping lobby disbanding & input based matchmaking

I play on PlayStation with crossplay off matchmaking, playing solo and with community members I met on Battlefield V. While playing this past weekend with the squad, the need for persistent servers with a browser or putting a stop to match disbanding and adding input based matching would improve our experience significantly. 

My reasons for wanting persistent servers or stopping disbanding after a match is not wanting to play with bots. Currently, matches start quickly with majority botfill, I’d rather wait but play with majority real players. With the current disbanding paradigm, finding players and creating communities is much more difficult in game. It's rare but sometimes we have more than four players that want to play together. We have to quickly add the extras to the match during match population, it's completely inconvenient. Persistent lobbies or servers help with the randomness of map selection and attacking or defending repetitiveness. In BFV we had a predictable map rotation and simple attack then defend switching of sides. 

Input based matchmaking is a better solution than the current crossplay off option we currently have. I play crossplay off because players in my squad don’t want to play with keyboard and mouse players, they make the games much more intense and sweaty. I want to play with EA app, Steam, Xbox and PS players as long as we are on the same input method which I believe is how CoD has handled matching for many years now.

Recap, I want to play on full persistent lobbies with real players using the same input method.
