Phantom Edition Battle Pass Rewards Missing – EA Support Fails to Help

I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition for PS5, which is supposed to include additional content and Battle Pass rewards. However, I have received absolutely none of the Battle Pass rewards.

This issue has been submitted under case #227560719, and I have contacted support seven times, but have not received any proper response

I have followed all instructions provided in the Q&A and by EA support agents, but the rewards have still not been delivered. I have now engaged in over seven separate 1:1 chat sessions with support, and each time I am told to "wait" with no resolution or timeline provided.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a premium edition expecting full content, yet EA support continues to ignore the issue and fail to fulfill its obligations.

I am posting this publicly because private support channels have proven ineffective, and I want EA to acknowledge the problem and deliver the missing rewards immediately.

  • I had the same issue at launch as my pro rewards showed up but not my pre-order rewards. I called and on the third call I received my rewards but then the 300 Battle Coins I had from the pro pass disappeared. As I finished season 1 I received all my rewards except never had my coins returned to me.

    After 5 calls and three tickets opened I have given up and probably won't bother with season 2 pro. Usual EA Craptaculuar service and operations. This is how things are at companies that constantly lay off employees.
