Please Fix the Matchmaking System

I'm playing the game from Korea, and every time I log in, I see a queue—which suggests there are plenty of active players. However, when the match starts, it's only filled with 6 real players, and the rest are bots.
If there are enough users to create a queue, why am I constantly being matched with bots? This clearly indicates a serious flaw in the matchmaking system.
Because of this issue, many players are quitting the game. Please fix the matchmaking system as soon as possible.
