I think it's less Dice and Javelin and more the script and cheat creators are adapting and finding ways around it. Now the ball is in Dice/Javelin's court to adapt to them. Despite the influx of blatant cheating, BF still isn't in as horrible a shape as CoD7 is already. Their anti-cheat is merely window-dressing and nothing more.
