I'll just say it right away...I don't like it. The challenges in the game exist for a reason. And playing these XP farm servers takes away the whole idea of grinding. I agree with most players that the challenges need an update or re-workAnd from this point of view, I could understand wanting to complete some challenges on these servers, but of course, many players don't stop there and max out their guns or class completely.Playing these XP farm servers will blow up your stats to a point that's way above your actual skill. When you start playing normal EA servers again, you will get destroyed by other players who are way above your actual stats.In BF 2042, we all just abused the game in the last Battle Pass because of the rewards for BF6. This shouldn't become a thing in BF6 right away.In my opinion, Portal should be limited in XP. It's not the core gameplay of Battlefield.

game was sold based on the fact that you can play portal and earn XP , they could have introduced less options to limit xp farming , they could have allowed only verified content , made the bots more lethal etc but to remove it this way is moronic ,

Why should I pay the same as you and receive less. When I earn XP in my solo experience it in no way could ever take away from you, but you seem to have no problems taking away from me. So no ability to unlock weapon attachments etc. in portal with bots!!! At the VERY least there should be the ability to unlock all weapon and vehicle stuff in a solo/co-op mode against bots like in BF2042. If I had the time I would just sit and play for hours and hours on end to unlock all the weapon bits and pieces but I am not an unemployed basement dweller or a teenager with no mates so I don't have the time..😠p.s. - I am totally against AFK XP Farms 100% BTW.

You're chasing your tail, none of any of that means anything to me. I simply want access to the content. They sold me one thing, now I have another. There's nothing illegit about anything ... my money was legit. I tell ya' what ... maybe you PvP guys got it backwards, maybe we PvE guys should get the ability to play the game, and you should not. Why ... why not, your money all of a sudden is not as good as mine. I define "legit" the same way a Court would, I pay for software, I should get that software as portrayed. It's just that simple. They can keep their XP and KD's I doubt most PvE guys really care, but we did pay for something and they probably won't get away with making such a dramatic change in access, it's like selling Cheeseburgers without any Cheese. Stuff like this only happens because the Goof's that make this stuff would not be caught dead playing any of it. That right there is the Root of all Evils in gaming today. If a Cook won't eat what they make, it' probably ain't wise for anybody else to either. EA likes selling games but then gets all Butt-Hurt when someone plays it ... weird.

Its a video game. Those who care about stats and "skill" might need to rethink how things are going for them... Its entertainment, nothing more. Who care if someone got their weapon upgraded in pvp or pve? A child..

Yess and no...
The developers should not have implemented it like this before even releasing the game.
Players will always try to test or exceed the rules but a Battlefield game is also about leveling and completing challenges in core modes.
Yess it's hard, yess you will die a lot and i could go on and on. People are obessed by getting everything as quickly as possible without having to invest something like time and effort.

I think that's a bit much.
I do understand you're frustration on this topic but as i already said players have and will always try to test boundaries of a game.
It's up to the developers to control this let the players have their freedom.
Im sure the developers are aware of what happend to bf 2042 in it's last stage and they did not take any notes for bf6

They are still figuring out how to deal with it.
Should the developers have thought about this before release? Yess.
For know the bots are removed but i think bots will be added again.

Who really gives a **bleep** about stats? If you are that insecure then you have bigger issues.
So what if players with high stats get owned in live PvP servers, it has nothing to do with the ability to reasonably access all the components of the game.
I just want the content (like the weapons and attachments) to be available in the game I paid good money for.

Why are there even challenges, rakings, rewards, unlocks etc...
They should just release the game so you have everything already unlocked on max ranking from the start. 🫠
I paid €98 for Conquest, the core gameplay of Battlefield.
We don't have Koolaid in my country and indeed i do not care that they took away your experience because i simply do not play portal.
