Post-release support and implementation of new features in the game.

I guess the Russian language support almost certainly won't happen, at least anytime soon - the game is not being officially sold in Russia and it's the primary market for that language. Ukrainian and Turkish language - who knows, but I would say not very likely, because of the recurring translation/testing costs and profitability on the respective markets.
