Pre Order Refund Took Game & Kept Money

I started the refund process for the BF6 Pre-Order, which they immediately removed the title from my library.

A day later I get an email that the payment failed, and to contact my bank. I did. By account was fine.

Contacted help, and they said they could not process the refund at this time, with no explanation given.

Then they said they could not reinstate the pre-order status back to my account.

They are only willing to give me a different gave of equal or lesser value.

Needless to say I don't think I could ever bring myself to spend another dime on anything with an EA logo on it.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
