Ill keep it short. I dont like sniping in this game. Doesn't feel good, not good at it, dont enjoy it. But playing recon up close is very fun. The gadgets can do some cool things in CQC. ...

You're absolutely right, OP.
Once again, EA/DICE are encouraging 'recon' to actually be 'sniper' when sniping is the last thing that helps the team or the player themselves.
It's especially dumb when they've forced through the open weapons thing.
There is a ton of frustrating stupid design in the game. This is definitely one aspect.
