it's because very few people take anything other than the RPG, so it's a wasted gadget. I've taken it loads, used it on everything from aircraft to tanks and no one had used it to lock on, it also don't help by the way it works, it should be I aim a lock on launcher at it, and I should be auto locked, not having to lock on again.
