Accidentally purchased a 400 Battlefield Coins pack

I’m playing on PS5 (PSN ID: iceiceice889).
A few minutes ago, I was trying to accept a gift in the in-game store. The store lagged, and the selection suddenly moved to a 400 Battlefield Coins pack. I didn’t notice the change and accidentally confirmed the purchase.
I never intended to buy this pack. I wanted to accept the gift, but because of the store lag, I lost 400 Battlefield Coins.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to get the purchase reversed or your Battlefield Coins refunded? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to contact customer support to ask if a refund can be provided under these circumstances. However, generally speaking these kind of purchases are usually not refundable, but hopefully they can make an exception.
