for this challenge "Win a match in Conquest, Breakthrough, Rush, Strikepoint and Team Deathmatch.",
I think it would be impossible to finish because Strikepoint is dead, at least at Europe!
Can this be reduced to 3 wins and the matches to be random?

The playerbase isn't that big, but there are defenitly europe based server. You sometimes just have to wait for the 8 players to collect in a match. Time of day could possibly help you with finding a match.
It can be really annoying to win the actual match (minimum of 6 wins to win a match, but i believe it has a max of 11 possible rounds to actually get the 6 wins).
Although i personnaly don't like the terms either, i do understand them. The challenges are supposed to be hard to get, making the skin more unique to come across on the field.
Both are at "CQB: Attrition".
Which one is rush and which one is team deathmatch?
