Red Bull challenges

I have done everything I can to get the Red Bull DT from purchasing a Red Bull.  I have submitted 2 different receipts one from Gamestop and one from a military exchange.  Both times RB acknowledged the receipt and "please allow up to 2 business days."  I get no response back on either receipt.  Resubmit and same thing.  This is BS.  Now it seems the whole system is bogged up or not working.  This needs to be looked into and basing an in-game item promoting another company/product with out full control is dumb.  RB doesn't want to deal with this problem and I haven't heard much out of EA yet....  I have been a long time BF vet/player and I am disappointed to say the least.  It seems these issues are getting worse and worse each game or each time they are peddled.
