How can I fix the issue, of lobbies not loading when I have cross play turned off on Xbox red suck duos?

This is a reoccurring issue. Does anyone know how to directly report this to the devs? Idk if they read this or what. But its made me quit playing the game all together
This is because nobody wants to play with the relentless cheating sweats in Redsuck.
