Reduced Aim Assist in No-Crossplay Makes No Sense

I play on console with crossplay completely disabled, meaning I only play against other console players. In this case, I have no advantage over PC players because I do not play with them at all. So ...

I assume it's because it had to be applied across the board. Either that or it was a decision based on player numbers for crossplay on/off.
