Refund Battlefield 6 on PlayStation

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if it is possible to get a refund for the game Battlefield 6.

Modes like Rush, King of the Hill (KoTH), Squad Deathmatch, Domination, Strikepoint, and various Close Quarters Battle playlists were pulled from standard permanent matchmaking without announcement.

I paid $100 for the Phantom edition from playstation store and they're removing the game modes that convinced me to buy the game.

I've seen that on the Steam platform, many people get a refund because of this. Any advices on how to get a refund on PLAYSTATION platform and Xbox Series ?

Sonys refund policies are just garbage if you have even downloated the game you no longer have right to refunds alltough some expseptions have been made when someone can make the argument that the game is faulty that might work in this case
