Reporting players
Are the reports actually being processed, or do they just disappear into the void? I haven’t received any feedback for a few weeks now. I report at least 5 players in every game if they seem fishy to me. Is it possible that if you submit a lot of reports, you stop being taken seriously?

All the reports received are investigated, and our teams will take action according to our policies.
However, for privacy reasons, we can’t give you information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.
If you get an email update from us saying we didn’t take action on the account, the case will be closed.
Thank you for reporting players you suspect are cheating; please keep doing it.
It definitely makes a difference and helps our teams keep up with new ways to cheat as they are developed.
