Revert Engineer/Launcher Nerfs or Nerf Vehicles.

Title. Vehicles are running absolutely unchecked right now. It's insane. Tanks are unkillable, Helicopters are cross map melt machines, all of which are going 50-0 or more every match.

 I'm the only one trying to destroy them and I can't do both air and ground, can't use SOFLAM as engineer, can't drop myself ammo when others refuse. It's completely out of hand. 

And before you say it, because I know someone will, "YoU ShOulDnT bE AbLe tO SoLo VeHiClEs aS iNfAnTrY".

You shouldn't be able to flawlessly Solo Operate a vehicle that requires a full crew to drive either, nor should you have infinite ammo and self healing but hey, here we are.
