why are they so bad. Had some hopes for the new one as it said if u keep target meaning you at higher risk it would relock never seen that happen once. 300 shots only 3 hits that means worthless ...

The IGLA is horrible. Far worse than even just using the stinger. Worse yet then the RPG even.
It has been proven on video that the "re-lock" of the igla does not work. To my knowledge, EA hasn't even admitted that it's broken, let alone that they will work to fix it.
I think what they will do is keep nerfing the RPG until it sucks as much as all the other options, then wonder why even more players have left BF6. I completely agree that the lock time is kind of insane, and not only is the time insane but you shine a laser directly at the enemy they can see so they can easily just kill you since helo rockets can go 300+ meters with no drop or reduction in damage. Against ground it's even worse with the javalin, which takes even longer to lock, has an even larger "please shoot me!" laser in the armors eyes, has a reduction in amount you can carry for whatever reason... and will still just do the same damage as an RPG!
Launchers need a lot of work.
