RPG-7 spread when fired

Since the previous update, when firing the RPG-7, the bullets have spread incredibly widely if the player's character is moving, but I don't think this adjustment was necessary.
Even destroying an obstacle requires you to stop, look through the scope carefully, and then fire, which is a huge mental burden.
